This model is based on a modified Gibson EH-185 circuit from 1940. Original versions are pretty hard to find and they are normally in bad condition due to their age. In the year 1940 Gibson was a very innovative guitar amp factory and created many useful features for their amps like an active tonestack. We have continued this tradition and added a couple of our innovations to this amp.

Atlantis has one channel with Volume, Treble and Bass controls, which are active. Moreover there are many improvements compared to the original model. These improvements are a Boost switch, Bright switch, a spring reverb, a bias modulated tremolo, an adjustable clean/solo boost, a ppimv master volume and an adjustable and unbalanced Line out with internal Dummy Load. Power amp accepts most octal power tubes like 6V6GT, 6L6GC, 5881, EL34, KT66 and KT77 tubes without re-biasing. Output power is some 15 W with 2x6V6GT and 25-30 W with 6L6GC/EL34 tubes.  This combo amp is equipped with a 12″/75 W WGS G-12 C/S speaker. Amp cabinet is made of light weight Paulownia timber.
